- I'M CURRENTLY EATING - I’M DOING A DETOX AT THE MOMENT. IT’S GUIDED (ONLINE) BY AN AYURVEDIC SPECIALIST.
For a week I’m eating Kitchari. It’s a very soothing/comforting dish with many great health benefits. Obviously I’m a little fed up with it (I’m on dag 5 of eating kitchari) but it is a nice and very ancient dish. The choices of Maaike Schoorel
